My skool organize this OBS camp at Pulau Ubin for all the Sec 4(NT)students. Everyone know that i am not good at camping and most of all i'm not the "human nature" type of person who likes going to camps without the music & TV by my side. We have to go for this camp for 5 boring days.

It happened on the 3rd day of the camp when my instructor told me to decorate a flag for our group. So i decided to borrow my friends marker whose bunk is at the bottom. It was already 11 pm when i decided to go out by myself.

It was pretty dark when i get out of the bunk. So i decided to take a short cut through the abandoned stairs which i haven't seen any one going up to my bunk by there. When i was walking quietly down the stairs, there i heard a ringing sound at one of the tree. I ignored the sound and keep on walikng to my friends bunk. Then i heard it again and this time it is louder then the first one. I tried not to look back but the sound keep ringing more louder and it is coming nearer to me.

By then, i should know that something not good to look is right behind me. So i ran with all my legs could carry to my friends bunk. And there i told my friends of what had happened at the stairs. For the next 2 days at the camp, i tried to avoid walking past the abandoned stairs at night. And whenever i see it, i juz remember of the ringing sound.
