I had just given birth to my third child and for anyone who has more than one child Knows how exhausting that can be. Call it post partum stress or just being out right tired but I Know what I heard. I was in the bathroom getting cleaned up and trying to relax a little, When the baby, who was suppose to be asllep in the basinette, in the living room, started to cry. I quickly got dressed and was headed to the livingroom when I heard what I thought was her daddy Telling her to "hush baby" in a very calming voice. With that I was glad that Chris was home so that I could finish up in the bathroom, but when I got there, there was no one to be found, only a very quiet infant. I checked the doors they were still locked. Later that evening when Chris and the other two children were really at home, I shared the story and was of course made to feel goofy for it, but I was'nt imagining things. I heard it just as clear as if someone were to say something to me now. I eventually told the story to my mother in law, who then told me that it was Daniel, my husbands brother that had died a year before his neice's birth, that carries his name. We had wanted him to meet her and as far as we are concerned he has. believe it or not.
